Under Title 11 U.S.C. Section 101:
(35) The term "insured depository institution"—
(A) has the meaning given it in section 3(c)(2) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act; and
(B) includes an insured credit union (except in the case of paragraphs (23) and (35) of this subsection).
